Attendees of the June 2nd “Water Damage Mitigation and Structural Drying” class gave high marks to the course and instructors. Those present earned 4 continuing education credits and learned a lot about water damage, mitigation procedures and how it affects their clients.   

Richard Church taught the class while presenting PowerPoint slides and showing various pieces of equipment. Greg Althouse interjected additional information and illustrated mitigation work with entertaining stories of previous jobs. 

The class was held at Harvest Christian Center on the west side. In addition to insurance professionals,  a few administrators and volunteers  from the El Paso chapter of the American Red Cross attended.   

Adjustors, agents and staff who were unable to attend will have another chance to earn C.E. credits and get the information to better serve their clients. The next class will be taught on the east side August 21, 1-5 p.m. at the community room of the Irving Schwarz Library on Dean Martin east of George Dieter. 

Do you need C.E. credits? Richard will be happy to hold this class as long as there are at least 10 people signed up. Please give at least 3 weeks notice. Saturdays appointments can be made as well.
