Richard Church, marketing Director for Althouse
Cleaning, has created this course to help insurance
professionals obtain require continuing education credits, and
to help them understand what their clients are going through
when they experience a water damage emergency.
The course will help you:
Establish rapport with your client who is
suffering from a broken pipe, ruptured water heater, or
faulty ice maker.
Understand the importance of
completely drying out a home to prevent
future problems of mold and other health
risks.
Learn how the latest techniques and
equipment can save money for you and your company by saving
contents and structure.
Understand how the Applied Structural
Drying (ASD) method takes the guess work out of drying out
a home or other building. Using the science of
pshycrometrics, the right amount and kinds of equipment,
and daily documentation assures you and your client that
the job is done right.
This course features a PowerPoint presentaion
with original graphics, photos, hands on demonstrations of
various equipment, and information to equip the insurance
professional to better serve his or her client. It
is taught in an informal, entertaining manner and
sprinkled with stories of actual experiences.
Taught by IICRC Certified Applied Structural
Drying Technicians with field experience.
